- Is this really the First On-Chain PFP on LUKSO?
YES. Crafted from the most advanced standards on the EVM, the Based Baristas are the first fully on-chain Profile Picture collection on LUKSO.
- What is "on-chain" Art and why does that matter?
This means that the Art is base64 encoded, randomized and rendered directly from the Smart Contracts that make up the LSP8 Token. This matters as the Art itself lives within the token. Immutably encoded, on-chain forever. Each trait can be referenced and identified by anyone, directly from the chain. There are no external off chain image links here.
- I have a GM Bean, how does that impact me?
TAll GM Bean collectors receive a no-cost Based Barista as a thank you from our team. ONE claim per GM Bean. No Time Limit to claim. The GM Bean will not burn when the Barista is Claimed. The Based Barista claimed from the bean will have the same Token ID as the Bean its claimed from.
- How will I know if a GM Bean has already claimed its Based Barista?
Use the token checker on our website. Please be aware that one bean can only claim one Barista. Please check each bean prior to your purchase. DYOR we made it easily accessible for you.
- What is a Universal Profile?
A Universal Profile (UP) is a decentralized smart contract wallet coupled with a digital identity that allows users to manage their personal data and assets across various applications.
- Do I need a Universal Profile Browser Extension?
Yes, they are free to create here: https://universalprofile.cloud/ The browser extension is required to participate in our mint.
- Mint Price?

- What is the coupon and how do I get one?
The coupon is a free claim from any of the enrolled profiles that you follow. This is the first Social implementation of the LSP26 follower system, allowing one profile to claim a token only they can due to their on-chain actions. The coupons are sole bound LSP7’s and can not be transferred/moved or traded. Each coupon is redeemable for 5 LYX off the public mint price. Limit one per mint. No expiration. No guarantee that you can mint.
- How do I get LYX?
LYXe coin can be swapped for using uniswap on the Ethereum mainnet, it must then be bridged from the Ethereum network over to the LUKSO network.
